StockMyWealth is a technology tool for risk sizing and order assist. It is not investment advice and not a SEBI-registered advisory. You Approve every live order. Trading involves risk of loss.
1. Acceptance
By using the StockMyWealth app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
StockMyWealth provides:
- Market scans (SMC / price action) for swing, positional, long-term equity
- Risk wizard and position sizing (risk ÷ stop-loss)
- Approve & Trade (paper; live when enabled and broker connected)
- Daily loss shield / day block
- Optional broker connect (API + 2FA/OAuth)
We do not manage your money, place unattended trades, or guarantee profits.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18+
- You are responsible for complying with local trading laws
4. Plans & payments
- Free: paper trading and limited scans
- Pro: broker connect, Approve, risk shield (price as shown in-app / site)
- Subscriptions billed via App Store / Play Store or listed payment provider
- Cancel anytime; access continues until period end
5. Risk acknowledgment
- Markets can move against you; losses can exceed expectations
- Setups and scans are not guaranteed
- You alone decide to Approve or ignore
6. Prohibited use
- Market manipulation or illegal activity
- Sharing account credentials
- Reverse-engineering core systems beyond permitted law
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockMyWealth is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
