1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the TradeAgentAI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
TradeAgentAI is a mobile application that provides:
- AI-generated trading signals based on Smart Money Concepts and Price Action analysis
- Discipline enforcement tools (FOMO guard, daily loss limits, cooldown periods)
- Paper trading simulation with virtual capital
- Trade journaling and analytics
- Optional integration with Zerodha Kite Connect for live trading execution
TradeAgentAI does NOT: manage your money, execute trades without your explicit instruction, provide SEBI-registered investment advisory services, or guarantee any trading outcomes.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeAgentAI
- You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law
- You are responsible for compliance with all local laws regarding trading activities
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Free plan features are available without payment indefinitely
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Subscription prices: Starter ₹99/month, Pro ₹299/month, Premium ₹599/month
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- 7-day refund policy: If unsatisfied within 7 days of first paid purchase, contact us for a full refund
5. Risk Acknowledgment
By using TradeAgentAI, you expressly acknowledge that:
- Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss
- AI-generated signals are not guaranteed to be profitable
- Historical signal performance does not guarantee future results
- You are solely responsible for all investment decisions made using the App
- TradeAgentAI is not liable for any financial losses incurred
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use TradeAgentAI to:
- Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading activities
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the App's algorithms
- Violate any applicable securities laws or SEBI regulations
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAgentAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial losses arising from use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
